Adult dispute reported in library parking lot with children present

As discussed during the dispatch call, officers responded to a reported disturbance/argument involving a man and a woman with two small children in the parking lot of the Shirley Community Library. The parties were reported to be fighting/arguing; one transmission indicated the man was walking away toward the Killarney area while the woman and children remained in the parking lot under a tree.
