Suspicious person with bags on Woodville Road

As discussed during the dispatch call, officers were sent to a possible crime in progress involving a suspicious man in a dark coat carrying bags walking southbound near Woodville Road. The caller’s wife was reportedly on the property for some time before the man left the area.
