Child rescued after being found face down in water

As discussed during the dispatch call, emergency personnel responded near McCarthy Beach Rd for a reported child drowning/near-drowning. The child was found face down in the water; CPR was started briefly, and the child was later conscious, alert, and breathing. Life Link was accepted and a landing zone was requested at the French Community Center baseball field.
