Verbal dispute between adult and youths at Harmon Field

As discussed during the dispatch call, officers were sent to Harmon Field for a reported verbal disturbance between an adult and several juveniles. The disturbance was reportedly dispersing, and the adult was getting into or leaving in a blue van; the reporting party requested an officer drive-by. A later call mentioned people running toward Northwood and possible underage youths driving a van in a nearby parking lot by a school.
