Man acting suspicious outside residence

As discussed during the dispatch call, dispatchers handled a possible 911 hang-up near East Water Street that appeared related to a single-motorcycle crash in an alley near a church. Medics and rescue units responded, and one motorcycle rider was reported as the only victim. In a separate possible suspicious activity report, a caller said her niece’s boyfriend repeatedly drove to a residence, acted strangely, and tried to get the woman to meet him in random places; officers were asked to check the area and speak with the reporting party.
