Intoxicated person lying in grass on Court Square

As discussed during the dispatch call, officers were dispatched to the area near East Court Street and Court Square to check on a reportedly intoxicated man lying in the grass. Dispatch noted multiple 911 calls about the same person and requested an officer to respond and assess his condition and behavior for possible disorderly conduct. Medical units were also sent to a separate call at an apartment complex for a reported death, which may or may not be related to this radio traffic.
