20-year-old male diabetic in and out of consciousness

As discussed during the dispatch call, medic units were dispatched to a location near Summit Street in Sidney for a reported 20-year-old man with diabetes who was in and out of consciousness and possibly having an anaphylactic reaction. Responding crews confirmed he was breathing while en route.
