Reckless black SUV reported on Route 92 and Ramsey

As discussed during the dispatch call, dispatch received a report of a possibly reckless black SUV, described as a newer vehicle with long rear taillights and possibly a Cadillac Escalade, swerving on State Route 92 southbound near mile marker 327 before turning east onto Ramsey Road near Sierra Vista Southeast. The reporting party saw the vehicle backing out of a ditch and stopping in the highway, and the sheriff’s office was advised.
