Two-car crash with passenger reporting neck pain

As discussed during the dispatch call, officers and emergency medical staff responded to a traffic collision near a parking lot on Kell Road. Two people were in the vehicle, and a young passenger was reporting neck pain, indicating a possible injury. EMS was called to check the passenger as a precaution. A vehicle license plate was also given over the radio as part of the response.
