19-year-old female unconscious after seizures at Lassiter Rd

As discussed during the dispatch call, emergency units were dispatched to a reported seizure involving an unconscious but breathing young adult woman at a location on Lassiter Road in the Lacey area. Radio updates indicated she had two seizures with a long gap between them and later reported head pain.
