Helicopter landing zone set up for medical emergency in field

As discussed during the dispatch call, fire and medical crews coordinated to set up a helicopter landing zone in a large pasture near (number withheld) in Silsbee after a medical transport service requested an air ambulance. First aid response on scene was later reduced while the landing zone was arranged.
