Man in and out of consciousness at Silver Springs Nugget

As discussed during the dispatch call, responders handled a medical emergency involving a 55-year-old man who was in and out of consciousness at the Silver Springs Nugget near Highway 95 in Silver Springs. Law enforcement requested medics, several rescue and engine units responded, and one unit also went to a nearby casino to try to contact the reporting party’s spouse.
