Officer contacts possible suspect at casino lot

As discussed during the dispatch call, officers responded to a suspicious person near the Nugget Casino parking lot in Nevada and later near a Dollar Tree store. A male wearing a black cap, white shirt, and black shorts was reportedly seen running in the area, and a black Nissan sedan was mentioned in the call.
