Man in armored vehicle blocks traffic at outlet mall

As discussed during the dispatch call, dispatch received a report of a male in an armored vehicle blocked by a UPS truck behind a store at the Outlet Shoppes of the Bluegrass on Buck Creek Road. The male reportedly refused to move and walked toward the truck driver before the UPS vehicle left and responding units were canceled.
