Person flees park after hours as officer arrives

As discussed during the dispatch call, an officer was sent to Central Park in Skiatook to check on people reportedly in the park after closing hours. When the officer arrived, several people were present and one apparent female ran away on foot while the others stayed and spoke with the officer.
