Abandoned vehicle with loose dog on state route

As discussed during the dispatch call, deputies investigated an apparently abandoned white Chevrolet Trailblazer on West State Route 106, just south of State Route 3. Two dogs were reported in and around the vehicle, with one seen entering the roadway.
