Man with stage four kidney cancer falls and has slurred speech

As discussed during the dispatch call, emergency responders were sent to a home near Rolling Hills Drive for a possible medical emergency involving an adult male who had fallen and was reported to have slurred speech and existing stage four kidney cancer.
