Man reportedly tried to take child and argued with mother

As discussed during the dispatch call, officers were sent to an apartment near Farnsworth Drive (Apt 9) after a caller (name withheld) reported a man was attempting to take a child and was refusing to leave. Dispatch advised there was a verbal argument with the child(ren)’s mother (name withheld). The man (described as wearing jeans) reportedly left on foot; no weapons were involved, and the children remained at the apartment.
