Report of tree blocking lane on state road

As discussed during the dispatch call, fire crews were dispatched to investigate a possible tree blocking one lane near the (number withheld) block of Smith Township State Road in Smith Township. Responders checked the area and reported finding nothing obstructing the roadway.
