Car idling outside home and disturbing residents

As discussed during the dispatch call, dispatch received a complaint about a Dodge Charger that had reportedly been idling in front of a residence for about an hour near Lee Road (number withheld) in Smiths Station, disturbing nearby residents. A unit was requested to check the vehicle and make contact.
