Loose dog acting aggressive toward pedestrian

As discussed during the dispatch call, a caller reported that a large dog was repeatedly running loose without a leash near 3rd Street and Elm Street in Snyder. The animal apparently chased and barked at a man walking on the road while the owners were believed to be inside a nearby residence.
