Big rig reported speeding near Eagle Lakes

As discussed during the dispatch call, officers received information about a possible reckless black-over-white big rig that had reportedly been traveling at high speed near Eagle Lakes. The truck was later said to have pulled into the Donner Summit rest area and was no longer on the roadway when units arrived.
