Suicidal female reported on phone with virtual therapist near Rotterdam Road (Apt 3)

As discussed during the dispatch call, law enforcement were sent to an apartment near Rotterdam Road (Apt 3) for a psychiatric emergency after a virtual therapist reported a female patient stating she was suicidal. No weapons were mentioned and she was believed to be home alone.
