Unresponsive elderly woman regains consciousness on Fort Romie Rd

As discussed during the dispatch call, emergency responders were sent to a location on Fort Romie Road for a medical incident involving a 90-year-old woman who was initially reported unresponsive and not breathing, but later was conscious and breathing though still unresponsive.
