Man found unconscious after suspected overdose in Somerset

As discussed during the dispatch call, officers responded to a report of a man found unconscious near Main Street and East Oak Street in Somerset. The man appeared to have possibly overdosed and was initially not breathing but later became conscious and spoke with officers. EMS was requested to check on him, and a records check indicated an active warrant and drug paraphernalia concerns.
