Juvenile riding dirt bike disturbing Sophia resident

As discussed during the dispatch call, dispatch received a complaint near West Main Street and Basham Street in Sophia about a juvenile riding a dirt bike at high speed up and down the roadway, reportedly upsetting an elderly resident. An officer was requested to speak with the juvenile and ask them to stop.
