Tree branch on power line causes transformer issue

As discussed during the dispatch call, fire crews responded near the South Elgin fire station for reports of arcing or burning power lines and a transformer issue, apparently caused by a tree branch falling on a power line. Another unit was directed to check the area of South Street.
