75-year-old woman having stroke near Kane Street

As discussed during the dispatch call, emergency crews are dispatched to a possible stroke involving a 75-year-old woman at a residence on West Kane Street in South Elgin. A separate traffic accident with injuries is also reported near Franklin Boulevard and North Liberty Street.
