Fire alarm with heat and smoke on Davis Lane

As discussed during the dispatch call, fire units responded to an activated fire alarm on Davis Lane after an alarm company reported a possible zone one activation with heat, smoke, and fire. Responding personnel later reported it appeared to be only a vehicle winch-out with no injuries.
