Wires down and alarm sounding at Main Street building

As discussed during the dispatch call, firefighters responded to a report of wires down near a building on Main Street. The caller reported no visible smoke or fire but believed the issue might be coming from the basement. Crews arrived to find a four-story building with a fire alarm sounding and began investigating the apparent electrical problem.
