Rider injured after horse falls at rodeo arena

As discussed during the dispatch call, emergency crews were sent to the rodeo arena in South Haven for a medical call after a horse reportedly fell on a rider in the 500 block of North 12th Street. The patient apparently required spinal precautions, and the response was requested by law enforcement.
