Neighbor threatens to assault resident

As discussed during the dispatch call, dispatch received a report of a neighbor causing a disturbance and allegedly threatening to assault the caller at an apartment complex on State Lane in South Houston. The issue appears to involve behavior across from the caller’s residence within the complex.
