Caller reports stalking and phone tapping concerns

As discussed during the dispatch call, officers were sent to a residence near Margaret Street in South Portland for a woman who repeatedly called 911, alternated about whether it was an emergency, and screamed for officers to respond. She reportedly said someone was stalking her and tapping her phone and that she had a protection order against someone, but she did not provide a name or answer other questions.
