93-year-old man found unresponsive near Oak Street

As discussed during the dispatch call, emergency crews were dispatched to a home near Oak Street in South Wilmington for a possible medical emergency after a medical alert pendant was activated for a 93-year-old man who was not responding. Police were also asked to stage near a separate address on Water’s Edge Drive, and another unit mentioned a shoplifting complaint.
