Cooking sets off fire alarm on St. Andrew Circle

As discussed during the dispatch call, radio traffic involves two separate incidents. One is an automatic fire alarm near St. Andrews Circle in Southampton, later reported to be accidentally set off by cooking with the homeowner on scene and no fire department help requested. The other is a mutual aid medical response for an adult male with a possible heart attack near Dogwood Street and Noyac Road.
