Medical call for reportedly violent juvenile at elementary school near Grange Road

As discussed during the dispatch call, eMS and rescue were dispatched to an elementary school on Grange Road near Oakdale Avenue for a male juvenile reportedly acting violently with a psychiatric issue. Staff were holding him down, and no weapons were reported.
