Person in mental health crisis threatens self-harm with razor blades

As discussed during the dispatch call, eMS (Medic 9) and law enforcement were dispatched to a residence near Marjorie Ln SE and Southworth Dr for a reported suicidal/self-harm threat. The caller reported a friend (name withheld) with a history of psychosis/bipolar behavior was having an apparent psychotic episode and threatening to cut their wrists with razor blades. The caller (name withheld) locked themselves in a bathroom for safety; dispatch noted the scene was not secure and units attempted to re-contact the caller for more information.
