Report of fire on mountain above power substation

As discussed during the dispatch call, a caller near East (number withheld) South in Spanish Fork reported a possible fire on the mountain east of the area, above a power substation. The caller saw flashlights and two vehicles leaving, and later reported there were no active flames.
