Officer finds stray dog and takes it to hospital

As discussed during the dispatch call, an officer reported finding a dog near Academy Avenue and later transported the animal to a hospital. Radio traffic also mentioned an irate man at a gas station on West Main Street and a field interview with a man near Linden Avenue.
