Patient with chest pain and prior hernia passed out at home

As discussed during the dispatch call, emergency services responded to a chest pain call near North Florence Avenue where a patient with a prior hernia diagnosis had passed out but is now conscious and responding normally. The front door was unlocked and the patient was located in the bedroom.
