Person choking and not breathing at ICC Loop Road

As discussed during the dispatch call, emergency crews responded to a report of a woman choking and not breathing near ICC Loop Road and ICC Pond in Spindale. Multiple medic and fire units were dispatched, and responders later reported the patient was awake and breathing and canceled additional incoming units.
