Reckless driver reported near The Watering Hole

As discussed during the dispatch call, dispatch received a report of a possibly impaired driver followed from a business in Elko toward a bar called The Watering Hole. The driver in a tan Tacoma reportedly swerved across lanes, nearly hit a guardrail several times, and almost struck the reporting party before arriving near the bar.
