Person choking at Spring Hill residence refuses treatment

As discussed during the dispatch call, a medical emergency involving a possible obstructed airway occurred near West 218th Terrace, Spring Hill. The patient initially appeared to be choking but later improved and was evaluated by EMS, which resulted in patient refusal of transport.
