We're currently inbound near facility non-emergent at this time with a 48-year-old female complaining of head pain and hip pain following a bike accident. It's unknown how fast the patient was riding, but she was wearing a helmet and fell off and hit the back of her head, full force to search description. There is some denting on the back of the helmet directly on the back. No loss of consciousness. The patient does not take any blood centers, no unilateral deficit notice. Pupils are equal, rounded reactive to life. First strength is equal on each side. Patient is GCS at 15. Not noticing any significant injury or DKFBTLS. We're working on getting an IVE right now.
