Patient's friend reported that the patient was out on Dixon Street tonight, that he had an unknown amount of tequila. Patient progressively got more and more intoxicated to the point where he became unconscious and started vomiting. Patients right now is laid on his side. Patient has not vomited in the presence of me, but he is able to respond to voice. He is currently ain't no times one to self-only, GCS of about 10. I've given a native zofron for some preemptive nausea and vomiting. I've started some fluids on them. I've got about 250 in them right now. He is showing a hard rate of 70, showing sinus, sat in 100% on room air, respirations of 18, CO2 or 38. Blood pressure is slightly low. It is 80% or 37 after the 250, I just bolused. We have a CBG of 117 and I'll be there in about four minutes. Your chronic brother.
