there are wayyyy too many different types of motorized and non motorized vehicles on our city streets which is dangerous at any time but irresponsible after dark. Any that do not have required equipment (esp lights and turn signals) or an insured operator SHOULD BE PROSECUTED ! Follow the rules of the road or stay off of them!
