Foot pursuit of fleeing theft suspect near St. Francis

As discussed during the dispatch call, officers reported a foot pursuit of a man who ran from them near a mentoring center by St Francis Drive in Springfield. The man reportedly jumped a fence and may have gone toward nearby houses. It was uncertain if he was connected to a possible theft.
