Disabled vehicle at Circle K on Clear Lake Avenue

As discussed during the dispatch call, officers checked a possibly disabled white Toyota near Clear Lake Avenue and asked the driver to move to a nearby gas station. The driver agreed to have a tow truck called, and a towing company was sent to the scene.
