Shoplifting suspect detained at Target store

As discussed during the dispatch call, officers responded to a retail store near Baltimore Pike for a reported shoplifting. A man in a white t‑shirt and black shorts was reportedly walking around with two televisions and had attempted to take them. He was taken into custody and held in an upper-level store office.
