Dispute over tracker in vehicle at Frontier Drive home

The stepfather allegedly placed a tracking device in the caller’s mother’s vehicle and was reportedly still at the location when the call came in. The stepfather is said to be known to use drugs, though the type is unknown. The caller later requested to cancel the call after they appeared to resolve the situation, but dispatch indicated the incident could not be canceled without supervisor approval.
